  6. Individuals
  7. -----------
  8.    ANARKEY and its related programs are NOT public domain or freeware!  The
  9. ANARKEY package is a copyrighted software product developed and owned by
  10. Steven Calwas.
  11.  
  12.    ANARKEY is distributed as shareware.  As such, individuals may evaluate
  13. the ANARKEY package for a maximum period of 30 days.  At the end of the
  14. evaluation period, if you find ANARKEY to be a useful tool and wish to
  15. continue using it, you must register your copy with the author, Steven
  16. Calwas.
  17.  
  18.    Registration for U.S. and Canadian residents is $25 in United States
  19. dollars.  For persons residing outside of the United States or Canada,
  20. registration is $30.
  21.  
  22.    Registered users of version 1.00 may receive a registered copy of version
  23. 3.00 for only $10 (non-U.S./Canadian residents, $15).
  24.  
  25.    All registration payments must be in U.S. dollars.
  26.  
  27.    Upon receipt of your registration or update order, a copy of the
  28. registered version of the ANARKEY software package will be sent to you.  You
  29. will also be entitled to technical support and future updates at a reduced
  30. price.

  32.    To register your copy of ANARKEY or order an update disk, fill out the
  33. order form included in the distribution archive (the file called ORDERFRM)
  34. and mail it with payment to the address specified on the form.
  35.  
  36.    DISTRIBUTION OF REGISTERED VERSIONS OF ANARKEY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND
  37. WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE DISTRIBUTOR.

  40. Corporations and Institutions
  41. -----------------------------
  42.    A license is also required for use of ANARKEY within corporations and
  43. institutions.  This license allows internal use and copying of the program
  44. and manual by as many users/machines as are licensed.  The license fee is
  45. based upon the number of machines on which the ANARKEY package will be
  46. running.  An unlimited Site License is also available which allows unlimited
  47. copying of the software for internal use by your company.

  49.    The following schedule shows the quantity discount license fees:

  59.     Regardless of the quantity, one diskette containing the registered
  60. program and documentation will be sent to you.  Upon receipt, you may make
  61. as many copies of the package as are licensed.

  63.    Licenses for corporations and institutions to distribute, repackage or
  64. resell ANARKEY to third parties are available by contacting the author.
  65.  
  66.    Clubs, user groups and computer bulletin boards may distribute the
  67. UNREGISTERED version of the software without a distribution license provided
  68. the entire ANARKEY package, including all support programs, documentation
  69. files and orderform, is included in the distribution and a fee not to exceed
  70. $10 is charged for such distribution.

  72.    DISTRIBUTION OF REGISTERED VERSIONS OF ANARKEY IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED AND
  73. WILL RESULT IN LEGAL ACTION AGAINST THE DISTRIBUTOR.

  79. THE ANARKEY PRODUCT IS LICENSED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF
  80. MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, PERFORMANCE, OR
  81. OTHERWISE.  ALL WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.  BY USING THE ANARKEY
  82. PRODUCT, YOU AGREE THAT NEITHER STEVEN CALWAS NOR MODERNE SOFTWARE NOR ANY
  83. OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SHAREHOLDERS, AFFILIATES, OWNERS, OR OTHER
  84. RELATED PARTIES WILL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY USE OF (OR
  85. INABILITY TO USE) OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY DAMAGES
  86. WHATSOEVER WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE EVEN IF WE ARE
  87. NOTIFIED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY IN ADVANCE. (SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE
  88. EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE
