  38.             faster speed, freedom to transfer data between memory and
  39.             disk and the chance to utilize your PC's I/O ports. A nicely
  40.             bound printed manual will be included for your use. Becoming
  41.             a registered user of our company will guarantee you up to
  42.             25% discount of our future products and the upgrade
  43.             versions.

  45.             Any university, or institution, or training facility must be
  46.             registered to use the UMPS package in their courses. There
  47.             is a special agreement term please contact our company for
  48.             further detail.

  50.             This UMPS package has been designed with the aim to make
  51.             your program development involving microprocessors 6502,
  52.             65C02, M6800, 8085 and Z80 easier. You need to have a
  53.             written permission from our company if you use any part of
  54.             this package into your commerical products.
