  1. REGISTRATION FORM FOR SUPER MAKE:

  4. If you use SUPER MAKE beyond the 30 day trial period you must register
  5. your copy.  When you register you will recieve the latest version of
  6. SUPER MAKE on disk (with the registration reminders removed from the
  7. programs), and a printout of the manual.  You will also recieve 
  8. notifications of updates, and discounted upgrades.  You will also
  9. recieve a serial number (to display press alt-v) with will entitle 
  10. you to technical support.

  12. Distribution disks (registration NOT included) are $6 (plus S&L: $2
  13. for the first disk, .50 for each additional disk).
  14.  
  15. Registration costs $55.  If you order a registered copy the $55 
  16. includes the disk and S&L (avoiding the distribution disk cost
  17. altogether).

  19. New York residents MUST include sales tax (Mario insists!).
  20.  
  21. Help make the shareware concept work by registering.

  23. I would also like to hear your suggestions for new features in future
  24. upgrades.  The policy at EmmaSoft is to consider all suugestions, and
  25. incorporate as many of them as is deemed feasible and appropriate.
