  3. On this disk, the file BBS204.CNF is Jeff's original. The file BBS204.IWI
  4. is the current configuration file in use here. No changes are necessary
  5. from either 2.01 or 2.03 in the .CNF file.
  6.  
  7. The file DIRECTRY.INF shows you how I have my hard disk (running with
  8. IBM-PCDOS 3.1) set up in detail. For minimum hassle you should do the
  9. following:
  10. MD\BBS
  11. MD\BBS\MAIL
  12. MD\BBS\FILES
  13. MD\BBS\FILES\(any other sub-directories you may want to create)
  14.  
  15. Let the program create its own utility files (like MON.TNC, CALLS.TNC,
  16. LOG.TNC, MESSAGES.DAT, MESSAGES.IDX, USERS.DAT & USERS.IDX)
  17.  
  18. If you edit the BBS204.CNF file with WordStar, be certain to use the "N" 
  19. non-document mode!
  20.  
  21. I have also included a couple of other software items you may find useful
  22. like Jeff's TNCTERM split-screen TNC program, SDIR, etc. Hope they are
