  188. Simple commands consist of one or two letters and a RETURN.
  189. The second letter of a command is called a qualifier.
  190. Some commands accept further arguments. To add an argument,
  191. type a SPACE after the command or qualifier and then type the
  192. argument(s). Do NOT put a space between a command and
  193. a qualifier.
  194. For example -- The "L" command lists the messages in the mailbox.
  195. Type just "L" and a RETURN to list all the messages entered since
  196. you last logged in.
  197. To list just the messages addressed to you, type "LM" and a
  198. RETURN. (The "M" stands for "Mine".)
  199. To list only messages higher than a particular number, such as
  200. 325, type "L 325". Don't forget the space.

  202.   SB to send a bulletin.
  203.   LM to list only messages addressed to you.
  204.   LB to list only the bulletins.
  205.   LT to list only NTS traffic.
