  71.         INSTALLING VINO:FILE
  72.  
  73.            To  install  the  VINO:FILE  Cellar  Master  program
  74.            (Shareware Version) from a floppy disk:
  75.                 *    make a copy of the VINO:FILE diskette before installing;
  76.                 *    place the diskette in your floppy disk drive;
  77.                 *    run the install procedure by typing
  78.                                'A:INSTALL'
  79.                      assuming that your floppy disk is drive A.

  81.            To  install  the  VINO:FILE  Cellar  Master  program
  82.            MANUALLY from a floppy disk (if the above does not work):
  83.                 *    make a copy of the VINO:FILE diskette before installing;
  84.                 *    place the diskette in your floppy disk drive;
  85.                 *    perform the install procedure by typing
  86.                             MD C:\VINOFILE
  87.                             CD C:\VINOFILE
  88.                             COPY A:VINOREAD.ME C:\VINOFILE
  89.                             COPY A:LHARC.EXE   C:\VINOFILE

  91.                      assuming that your floppy disk is drive A.

  93.            To  install  the  VINO:FILE  Cellar  Master  program
  94.            (Shareware Version) from a BBS archive:
  95.                 *    make a directory for VINO:FILE on your  hard  disk
  96.                      drive;
  97.                 *    place  the  archived  VINO:FILE   file   in   that
  98.                      directory;
  99.                 *    unarchive  the  file  using  UNPAK  (.ARC),  UNZIP
  100.                      (.ZIP)  or  LHARC  (.LZH)  etc  depending  on  the
  101.                      archive version used on the BBS;
  102.                 *    delete the archive.

  105.         STARTING VINO:FILE WITH THE SAMPLE DATABASE
  106.  
  107.            VINO:FILE comes with a sample wine database and  cross  reference
  108.            file so that you can get a feel for the program as  soon  as  you
  109.            have installed it on your hard drive.

  111.            To start  VINO:FILE  and  load  up  the  samples  change  to  the
  112.            directory on your hard disk where  you  installed  VINO:FILE  and
  113.            type:

  125.            To print the documentation on almost any printer type
  126.                      COPY VINOFILE.TXT LPT1:

  130.            You will find that the formatting and pagination of the on-disk
  131.            manual occasionally looks a little odd. This is because the
  132.            formatting is optimized for the printed manual which you will
  133.            receive when you register. I apologize for this, but if you
  134.            register I think you will agree that it was worth it.

  137.         LHARC DECOMPRESSION PROGRAM
  138.  
  139.            When distributed on diskette, VINO:FILE files are compressed
  140.            using the shareware program LHARC - a copy of which is included
  141.            on the diskette. You will also find the documentation for LHarc
  142.            in the file LHARC.MAN.
