  3.     Here  are  a  few  tips  that  will  help  you  to  be  successful when
  4.     sharing Pass-Around software.

  7.     I. FUN AND EASY:

  9.     The first thing to remember is Pass-Around is fun.  Easy to use and fun
  10.     to share with others.

  15.     Always get a name, address, and phone number  of  the  person  you  are
  16.     giving  disks  to.  This  will  help  secure your future profits as new
  17.     programs are released.

  20.     III. PRINT FORMS:

  22.     After  you  have  entered  your  registration   number,   print   extra
  23.     registration  forms and give these out with your disks. This provides a
  24.     visual aid for your contact, and encourages registration.

  27.     IV. BUILD A FIRM FOUNDATION:

  29.     Concentrate  on  building a firm foundation. If you give the program to
  30.     only 7 key people, who register and do the same, your income  would  be
  31.     $19,607. Work with those 7 people and help them get others to register.
  32.     Communicate  with  your  contacts and let them know what has worked for
  33.     you and how you did it.  Their success is your success.

  37.                   SOME QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK ABOUT PASS-AROUND

  40.     The answer is no. The major difference between the Pass-Around  concept
  41.     and pyramids is that pyramids are illegal. One of the main reasons they
  42.     are illegal is their failure to move a product or a valid service.

  54.     users, the rate of registration has gone up dramatically (in comparison

  56.     support the authors who,  in  turn,  put  more  time  and  effort  into
  57.     programming.  This  "cycle"  of  events  raises the quality of software
  58.     available, compensates authors for their time and effort,  and  rewards
  59.     you  with  cash  for  sharing  the  software.  Everyone  benefits  with

  63.     Simply register a Pass-Around software program. When you register,  you
  64.     are  assigned  a personal registration number which you enter into your
  65.     copy of the program. Each time you share that program with a friend and
  66.     they register, your number will appear on their registration form. When
  67.     we receive that form or get the  numbers  by  phone,  your  account  is
  68.     credited $1.00. Every month accounts are processed and checks are sent.

  71.     Like  shareware,  the  Pass-Around  opportunity  is  based on the honor
  72.     system. You are expected and encouraged to  receive  all  PAS  Software
