This date is "tied to" (associated with) the name record for WR Software (see top of screen). Notice that when the "Year" is entered, the program calculates the "Age" of the event.
Dates can be associated with names on your file, or dates can be independent of any name. This date is not "tied" to a name, as shown by the "*Date only*" at the top of this window. If the date is "tied" to a name, that name will appear at the top
of the window.
Note that this date record has "N" in the "Mass Delete" area. Since Valentine's Day is on February 14 each year, this record provides a useful reminder year after year. So there is no reason to put in a "Year" value.
By putting "N" in "Mass Delete" (or leaving it blank), the record can NOT be removed during the Mass Date Delete process (see Utilities on the main menu). This date record can still be removed by an individual record delete.
See 08/15 and 09/15/72 for additional information.

This date is "tied to" (associated with) the name record for Mr. and Mrs. Isuzu. Notice the Isuzu's name at the top of the window. Dates are "tied" to names by selecting "Names" on the main menu, highlighting the desired name on the "list,"
and then pressing the F5 Dates function key to add the date. Also note that when the "Year" is entered, the program calculates the "Age" of the event. If the "Year" puts the date within 2 years in the future, the program shows time "To go."
