FUNCTIONS OF THE DUPLICATED ENTRY DATA-TABLE

NAVIGATION COMMANDS: Move the Cursor with the ARROW KEYS, <PgUp>, <PgDn>,
<Home>, <End>; Go to the first Record: <Ctrl+PgUp>;
last Record: <Ctrl+PgDn>; Go to the first Field:
<Ctrl+Home>; last Field: <Ctrl+End>.
DELETE A RECORD: Move the cursor to the record and press <Del>.
To Undelete the record press again <Del>. The deleted
record is marked as deleted on the upper part of the
data table.
THE DUPLICATED RECORD can be deleted, edited, or left unchanged. As next you
must type the <down arrow-key> and <Alt+N> to find the
next duplicated entry.
dBLOOKUP: Move the cursor to a field linked to a DBF File (marked
with an *). Press <F2> to invoke the dBLOOKUP
option. dBLOOKUP works only if the file has been
prepared accordingly.
A file is prepared for dBLOOKUP using the command
sequence U,R,M and entering a Y character for the field
for which a dBLOOKUP link is required. The DBF File to
be linked to each Field marked with Y must be entered.
To enter information in a file called with dBLOOKUP (F2)
press <F3> which is a toggle key for activating/desacti-
vating the edit function. This works only with the first
file called with dBLOOKUP from the main file, and in all
Data-Table modes.
EDITING COMMANDS: To start Editing move the cursor to the desired Field
and start typing or press Enter <CR>. Typing directly
means to overwrite or insert new characters. Starting
with <CR> means to delete the whole content of the field
By typing the first character.
Toggle <Ins> for typing over or inserting characters.
Delete Characters: <Del>; Delete rest of Word: <Ctrl+T>;
Jump from Word to Word: <Ctrl+Horizontal Arrow Keys>.
Jump to beginning of Field: <Home>; End of Field: <End>.
Finish Editing with <CR>, or vertical Arrow Keys.
Cancel editing with <F10>.
MEMO FIELDS: To open a MEMO field press the '+' key.
EXTERNAL TEXT FILES: Move the cursor to the field containing a file name
starting with % sign and press <Alt+V>.
