  9.    Ninth release of COM-AND:  a communications program for the PC.  COM-AND
  10.    provides:  dialing directory, macros, transcripting, file transfers:
  11.    XMODEM (Windowed/CRC/Checksum), YMODEM (XMODEM-1k/Batch/Batch-g), ZMODEM,
  12.    KERMIT (plain and windowed), CIS-B+, file encrypt/decrypt, 16550 UART
  13.    support, redirect comm driver through BIOS, and extensive scripting.

  15.    Accessories to COM-AND support conference usages on GEnie, CIS, Delphi,
  16.    UNISON, TBBS:

  18.    PC-VCO provides a way to 'see' and 'hear' people talking.

  34.    Installation directions are included in each ZIP's README, as well as in
  35.    the primary document for each application.  In general, dearcive each ZIP
  36.    into a single subdirectory, and execute the primary program.  The COM-AND
  37.    program automatically invokes an INSTALL script the first time COM-AND is
  38.    executed.  Each accessory program must be manually invoked, and then
  39.    initialized as described in its README.
