  11.         COM.EXE is a communications program for use in searching on-line
  12.              text databases such as ORBIT, DIALOG, and INPADOC.  COM.EXE
  13.              does not currently include a file transfer capability because 
  14.              such a feature is not used with purely textual databases.
  15.              Although there is no file transfer capability, all the other
  16.              features of this software can be tested by calling any BBS.
  17.              It is recommended that COM.EXE be used with at least an 8mhz XT.

  19.         COM.DIR is a sample of the directory file for COM.EXE.  COM.EXE
  20.              automatically creates a blank copy of this file if it does not
  21.              find this file already in existance.

  23.         COM_TEXT.DOC is an ASCII file copy of the manual for COM.EXE.

  26.         LOOKFOR.COM is a very powerful program for rapidly searching through
  27.              one or more files for a string of characters or a boolean
  28.              combination of character strings.
