  3.         With the release of Version 4.0, STARDIAL Autodialer for
  4.         Starlink becomes a fully standalone package. It now has eight
  5.         (8) internal file transfer protocols including Xmodem, Ymodem,
  6.         Ymodem-g, 1k-Xmodem, 1k-Xmodem-g, Kermit, and ASCII.
  7.         Additionally, STARDIAL 4.0 will support 3 external protocol
  8.         drivers, such as Jmodem, Zmodem, etc. or you could utilize one
  9.         of the external shells such as BBPOWERn and access several more
  10.         external protocols from within STARDIAL.

  12.         The serial communication routines have been strengthened to help
  13.         alleviate the problems caused by the inconsistancy of Tymnet.
