  6. │ 1. Enter the name of your ASCII address file.  If      │
  7. │    your address file is located in another directory   │
  8. │    or on a different drive, enter its full path name.  │
  9. │    Example:  label.asc or a:\data\label.asc            │
  10. │                                                        │
  11. │ 2. Enter the number of lines from the top of the label │
  12. │    to the top of the next label.  If you are printing  │
  13. │    3 1/2" X 15/16" labels, then this number must be    │
  14. │    <6>.  If you are printing 3 1/2" X  1 7/16" or      │
  15. │    4" X 1 7/16" labels this number must be <9>.        │
  16. │                                                        │
  17. │ 3. Enter the column number you want the address to     │
  18. │    start printing at.                                  │
  19. │                                                        │
  20. │ 4. Enter the column number you want the Bar Code to    │
  21. │    start printing at.                                  │

  27. │ 5. When printing address labels, the Bar Code should be│
  28. │    printed as the first line of the label.  Enter <Y>. │
  29. │    If you are printing envelopes, post cards or        │
  30. │    shipping labels, the Bar Code should be printed     │
  31. │    below the address.  Enter a <N>.                    │
  32. │                                                        │
  33. │ 6. When printing envelopes, post cards and shipping    │
  34. │    labels you can adjust the blank lines between the   │
  35. │    address and the Bar Code.  Try <9> for envelopes or │
  36. │    <2> for shipping labels.                            │
  37. │                                                        │
  38. │ 7. If you want the names and addresses printed in      │
  39. │    UPPERCASE then enter a <Y>.                         │

  49. │ 8. To print all addresses in the file enter a <1> and  │
  50. │    press the <ENTER> key, enter <A> and press <ENTER>. │
  51. │    Any number range can also be used. If you have      │
  52. │    printed 500 labels and had to turn off the computer │
  53. │    then enter <501> to <A> when you resume printing.   │

  58. │  <F1> = Help> Set your colors for the program          │
  59. │               Print the Users Manual                   │

  62. │  <F2 = Run>   Starts label printing                    │

  65. │  <F3 = Pause> Stops printing, pauses until you press   │
  66. │               any key to continue                      │

  71. │  <F4 = Quit>  Quits the program, returns to DOS        │
  72. │                                                        │
  73. │  <F5 = Type>  Option to type a 3,4 or 5 line address   │
  74. │               in the upper right window and print it   │
  75. │               ONE time.  It will print according to    │
  76. │               the settings that you entered below.     │
  77. │               Press <ENTER> after each line.  Press    │
  78. │               <F2> to print the address.               │
  79. │                                                        │
  80. │  Mouse support is included to allow you to use the     │
  81. │  function key prompts by positioning the mouse and     │
  82. │  pressing the left mouse key.  It may also be used     │
  83. │  to position your cursor on the first character        │
  84. │  position of the input area.                           │
