Changed custom printer selection so the chosen codes are retained instead
of returning to the default.
Fixed problem with multiple page pro-forma invoice.
Changed to version 3.6 of Saywhat?! and VIDPOP for screen displays -- put
all screens in libraries.
1.6

Added pop up window to let user choose from a list when input of a code
is required.
Added the ability to UNDO an invoice and return the time and expense
records to the unbilled pool.
Fixed problem with the add function in edit time records.
Using version 1.1 of Quicksilver compiler, increased speed for screen display
and appending records to the databases.
1.6a
---
Allow mixed case in descriptions for time and expense records.
Added export to mailmerge for client file.
Added shell to DOS with <Ctrl F1>. Must have over 500K free before
loading TIM, and even at that, only about 20K of memory is
available in DOS.
Fixed problem with editing the time unit on project records.
2.0
---
Added comment field in client record
Added INCLUDE? field in client record. A Yes answer includes
"Attention: <Contact name>" in the mailing address on
your invoices.
Now have a Foxbase+ version available to users registered at the
$95.00 level. Much faster, and adds a command line which allows
entering dBASE commands like the dot prompt in dBASE or Foxbase+.
2.1
---
Fixed some obscure bugs.
Changed to Diamond Release of Quicksilver compiler.
Added print invoice to disk.
Added more editing of invoice text.
2.11
----
Mostly documentation changes to comply with Association of Shareware
Professionals rules.
Included new version of POP.BIN that does not require the use of
VIDPOP.COM
The source version is no longer shareware, but is still available at
the same price.
2.2
----
Added support for HP Laserjet II
Changed printer routines completely to support unlimited number of
printers, and user input printer drivers with very long codes.
Printer definitions are now stored in a database called PRINTER.DBF.
Added address formatter to be used with Grab Plus by Paul Mayer to
print envelopes
Added display of project name and client name wherever input of code
for same is required.
Added display of pertinent information about the project and client
when an invoice is created, or reprinted.
Added invoice menu with choices for statements, custom invoice, all
outstanding invoices, and normal invoice. Custom invoice allows you
to modify the invoice text for a single invoice, to input a date for
an ending date for the invoice (i.e. all time and expense records
through and including that date). Statements allows you to generate
a statement that includes all unpaid invoices, and to charge interest
if you like. A new screen in setup allows you to modify all the text
on the statement and to have a 3 line custom message at the bottom.
All outstanding invoices creates invoices for all unbilled time and
expense records by project for all clients, or you can choose to print
all invoices for a particular client.
Put invoice routine in a loop so you can continue doing invoices
without going back to the main menu
Changed travel entry facility on the time entry screen. In setup
there is a new variable relating to travel. If you enter a *, you
will be prompted for mileage on every time record. Otherwise you can
enter any keyword you want to use for travel. The reporting has also
been changed to include all records with mileage > 0.
Added date range for "Income by Project" feature.
Modified all database edit routines where if you answer "No" to the
correct? prompt, you will not lose the data you have already typed,
so that you can change only the data that was incorrect or abandon
the record entirely by blanking out the key.
Changed the LIST function for all databases so that it now allows you
to do a proximity search by typing the first letter of the keyfield
(in Clipper version, or by doing a search with Ctrl-F in the FoxPro
version), and then to page or cursor up or down to find the exact
record and so that it offers a more attractive view screen.
Changed all routines that blanked out the screen on edits, adds, etc.
so that they always display the current record (except after a
delete).
Switched to the Clipper compiler (Summer '87) for the shareware
distribution version.
Added lookup window for clients in the project maintenance subsystem.
Made the currency symbol an input in setup for foreign users.
Fixed problems with multi-page pro-forma invoice
Changed help system so it is available at all times, even while
editing data.
All reports can now be printed to disk if so selected in Setup.
Added ability to see only records for a single invoice in the time
maintenance subsystem. Press Ctrl-I to input project name while in
LIST function. The same can be done in the expense maintenance
system, and in addition in the expense system you can input a Ctrl-P
to enter a project name to see all expense items for that project.
2.2a
-----
Increased the size of all dollar fields to accomodate numbers up to
$9,999,999.99.
