  16.     Welcome to the MORTGAGE ACCELERATOR.  This Menu-Driven program
  17. allows you to analyze a variety of payment methods to pay off loans
  18. faster.  It is a shareware program and should be registered if you
  19. continue to use it.  The shareware concept and the benefits of
  20. registering this program are explained in the file SHAREW.PRN.  You
  21. should read this file before using the MORTGAGE ACCELERATOR.  The
  22. registration form is in the file REGIS.FRM.  Registering this
  23. program will assure continuing support and the latest updates for
  24. 1 year from the registration date.

  26.     You will need 3 files to run the MORTGAGE ACCELERATOR program: 
  27. ACCEL.EXE, ACCEL.OBJ and ACCEL.DOC.  If you have all 3 files on one
  28. disk or directory you can run this program by keying ACCEL <enter>. 
  29. Menu Option 4 will explain the features of the program.
