  3. *       The manual is formatted to print on a laser printer with ten        *
  4. *       point helvetica type face. It has been reformatted to print         *
  5. *       on dot matrix printers. These printers simply cannot reproduce      *
  6. *       a document designed for the laser printers. Thus the formatting     *
  7. *       is not a neat as you will find in the printed manual.               *

  11. *       You might find it necessary to set your printer to print 12         *
  12. *       characters per inch if the print runs off the right side            *
  13. *       of the paper. If your printer does not have a 12 character per      *
  14. *       inch setting, use condensed print.                                  *

  19. *                             LASER PRINTERS                                *
  20. *                                                                           *
  21. *       If your printer is a laser printer, it thinks a page has only       *
  22. *       60 lines of print. You can tell it differently. For this manual     *
  23. *       to print properly on laser printers, you must tell the printer      *
  24. *       to print 66 lines per page. HP Laser Jet series II printers         *
  25. *       can do this through the front panel switches. If your printer       *
  26. *       does not have a menu or switches on the front panel, you will       *
  27. *       need to refer to the printer manual to learn how to set the         *
  28. *       printer. If you don't set the printer, it will print 60 lines       *
  29. *       and eject the page. It will then print 6 lines on the next page     *
  30. *       and eject it. This will continue until the document is printed.     *
