Thank you for trying this version of QuickTrax Employee RollCall!
QRC! version 2.0 is a shareware database application designed
to allow users the ability to manage employee information with
ease. QRC! is fast and efficient! You will not have to spend hours
learning how it works or days to set it up. Like programs costing
$495.00 with three manuals, QRC! is powerful! But unlike these
database programs, the programing is already done for you. The new
features you will find in QRC! Sv2.0 are a result of sharware users
like you, calling us with great ideas. Hope you find this version
to be of great use in your business.
Thank You,

Version 2.0 New Features
──────────────────────────
Version 2.0 changes and additions are a result of shareware users
comments and ideas. Thanks to the (now over 200) users from coast
to coast, we have been able to improve QRC! to better meet your
needs.
File "look-ups" and handling have been increased 10 - 15%. We are
constantly working to increase performance and ease of use. The
file backup and restore procedures have also been improved to save
you more time.
The "Activity File" procedure (second menu item in Time Keeper) has
been replaced. A new procedure called "Key Events" will track
important notes on each employee such as salary increases, training
and seminars, bonuses, etc. You can print a summary by event and
employee, plus, review the last 10 entries on the Employee Status
report. The Activity File has been replaced by a "Speed Date
Entry" procedure.
From the "Set Long Term" menu option you can now enter an extended
schedule (F7) for any employee. For example, an employee that has
a regular work week (M - F, 8:00am - 5:00pm) can be entered with
one entry. Any consecutive length of time or reason code can be
used.
When entering a new employee, you can now enter the starting
benefits date.
The "Absence Benefits" procedure under the "Set Down Time" menu
option has been completely rewritten. You may now carryover
remaining hours, such as "Illness" to the next year. This way
you can accumulate benefit hours automatically instead of the
previous manual method. Now, you can also calculate the benefit
year based on year to date, anniversary date, or the starting
date for benefits. When an employee "benefit year" is coming to
an end, a automatic procedure alerts you so that you can "close
out" the file. Previous versions only allowed a year to date
benefit calculation.
This manual can now be viewed or printed from within QRC! This
will be extremely useful to new users.
You can now purge scheduled hours and benefit hours, or just
scheduled hours.
Two new label printing formats have been added.
Special Note: If you are a current user of a previous version,
version 2.0 is not compatible with your data files. Please read
page 8 for more information.

QRC! Feature Summary
────────────────────────
Version Sv2.0
─────────────
Many new features and conveniences have been added, but first,
here's a little background and overview of QRC! You will find this
program easy to use, fast and friendly. This version was designed
for a major European (U.S. Division) company for use in their
regional field offices. The design objective was to have a program
that standardized employee data and reports, and reduce the dreaded
(and expensive) learning curve associated with high priced
spreadsheet and database programs. If you have ever hired and
trained a new employee using these programs you will soon know why
this program was so cost effective. QRC! will save you $'s!
QRC! (2.0) keeps track of employee personnel data, and organizes
the information in a logical easy access format.
QRC! features pull down menus and pop-up screens, field and screen
sensitive help throughout, and password security! Other features
include:
- Employee personnel and emergency information
- Key events tracking and reporting
- EEO information tracking and reporting
- Track employee attendance - Vacation, Illness and 24 other
time coded categories.
- Schedule employee hours by day or employee
- Print 7 day schedules and time summaries
- Two, user programmable "look up" code tables
- EEO, Key Event and Absence Reason code "look up" tables
- 17 Reports with programmable titles
- Print continuous or sheet mailing labels
- View, Print or Save reports to file
- View or Print this manual from inside QRC!
- Calendar and Note Pad utilities
- Printer setup utility
- Two level password maintenance utility
- Data file backup utility
- Complete error checking throughout

QRC Installation
────────────────────────
How To Install Sv2.0
────────────────────
If you are currently using an older version of QRC! you should
install version Sv2.0 in a different directory. The data files
in version Sv2.0 are NOT COMPATIBLE with earlier versions. Until
all your data can be converted to the new file formats, keep the
versions in separate directories. Please read page 8 for more
information on converting versions.
If you received QRC! on diskettes from a Shareware Distributor,
simply put the Install Disk or Disk #1 in drive A or B, change to
that drive prompt and type INSTALL and press ENTER. The Install
program will create a subdirectory unpack all files into that
drive and directory. The QRC! system files are located in two
self extracting files. You can unpack these by typing;
Install Disk: QRC_SV21
Disk #2 : QRC_SC22
If you obtained QRC! from a down load service, copy QRC_SV2.EXE
to any directory and type QRC_SV2. This will unpack all the
program files. Save QRC_SV2.EXE as your backup program source.
We do not recommend using QRC! from a floppy drive. For best
performance, QRC! should be run from a hard disk.
You will need to set your CONFIG.SYS file to the following:
*FILES = 40
BUFFERS = 30
Remember to include QRC! in your Autoexec.bat path statement.
Please check your Disk Operating System for instructions on
changing this file.
* You may need to increase this number. It is assumed that only
system files are open prior to starting QRC!. If you should
experience an ERROR such as "TOO MANY OPEN FILES", increase
to FILES = 50. Remember to reboot your computer after making
changes to this file.
System Requirements
───────────────────
QRC! will require at least 1Mb of disk space. This will increase
as you add data.
Your system (PC, XT, AT) should have at least 640K of memory.
Page 7
System Requirements
───────────────────
When you initially start QRC, from the command screen, your
available memory (bottom right corner) should read from 55K to
110K (or more). This depends on your version of DOS, drivers
loaded (in config.sys), any utility commands (in autoexec.bat)
and any memory resident (TSR) programs you may have loaded. All
of these factors can impact your available memory. If you have
extended or expanded memory, you can increase the performance of
QRC! by utilizing this space for memory used for screens and file
buffers. Please read page 27 for instructions on how to configure
your system.
QRC! runs in "standard" text mode forms display and has been tested
using CGA, EGA and VGA screens. If you are using a non-color
adapter and screen and experience a problem, please call. We will
send you (free of charge) our Laptop version.
Problems have occurred in earlier DOS versions. We recommend
version 3.0 and up for best performance.
Upgrading From Another Version
──────────────────────────────
QRC! version Sv2.0 is not compatible with earlier versions. The
data fields and "Keyed" values have changed. In most cases, and
with little effort, your data files can be converted one of two
ways.
QuickTrax File Utility (C)
If you are a registered user of QRC!, you can obtain a free copy
of the QuickTrax File Utility program. This utility can even be
accessed from the QRC! main menu. QFU v1.0 will copy, delete, pack,
organize, sort and convert data files. Every QRC! user should have
QFU to optimize data file performance.
*Clarion Filer
QRC! data files are Clarion record structures. If you own Clarion
Personal Developer or Professional Developer, you can use the Filer
utility supplied. Please consult your manual for file conversion
instructions.
*Clarion Personal Developer and Professional Developer are

Quick Start Information
───────────────────────
To start QRC!, go to the sub-directory by typing cd\QRC2 (or your
directory) and press ENTER. At the system prompt, type QRC and
press ENTER.
The second screen you will see is the Password entry screen.
The program has two passwords setup for you. To enter, type
"USER1" for the User ID. Type "PASS1" at the password prompt
and press ENTER.
The next screen you see will be the "command screen". All menus
and windows are accessible from this screen.
The first menu selection named "File Manager" will be set to the
color red. Move the menu selector using the Right/Left arrow keys,
you will see the red highlight move to the selected menu option.
The red highlight indicates the menu option for execution. You
can open any menu by pressing ENTER, the down arrow key or the
highlighted letter.
First, select the FILE MANAGER menu. Move the selector bar to
Passwords and press ENTER. From the Password User List, you can
add, delete or change user passwords, ID's and level code. Level
1 allows full access. Level 2 users will not be able to enter
the password maintenance program or QFU. Now, update USER1 password
information with your own ID and Password by highlighting the
"USER1" and pressing ENTER.
Next, move the selector bar the menu "Utilities". Select the
menu option "Main Setup" and press ENTER. The first field is for
your registration number. DO NOT enter any information in this
field! An invalid registration number will render this program
useless. Press ENTER to continue to the "Company Name" field.
Fill in your company name and address information. The next
two fields are for the "titles" of your custom look-up tables.
If you are not sure what you want to assign at this time, proceed
on by pressing the ENTER key twice. You can assign or change these
tables at any time. Now you need to assign your printer
information. At the "Select Printer #1" field, enter a "P" and
press ENTER. You will now have a table of printers from which to
choose. Select your printer and press ENTER. If your printer is
not listed, refer to "Printer Setup" in this guide. Next, select
the printer port or location of your printer. The second printer
information is optional.
Before you can use QRC! you MUST enter employee information first.
All data files rely or are "keyed" on employee data. Once you
have loaded your employee information, you can begin using the Time
and EEO features.

Backup Data
───────────
Select the File Manager menu selection and press ENTER or use the
Down arrow key.
Before you backup your files you need to make a "disk set". QRC's
backup utility can span beyond one disk. As your data files grow,
you will need more disks to backup. The "disk sets" are files
named EMPWIN1.BKP, EMPWIN2.BKP, etc. By setting up these files
first, the utility knows how much disk space it has to work with.
Keep an eye on your backup disks available space. Example, if disk
#2 has only 25K left after your last backup, make disk #3 before
you add more data and your next backup.
If you are using a floppy drive (A:\ or B:\), the disk(s) must be
formatted first. Select Make Disk from the File Manager Menu and
press ENTER. Enter the drive and directory of the backup disks.
Example,
A:\ = backs up to floppy drive "A"
D:\QRCBKP\ = backs up to hard drive "D" in
a subdirectory named QRCBKP
Next, enter the number of disks you want to setup. For one disk,
enter 1 at the curser location and press ENTER. If you are using a
hard drive to backup, enter 1.
Now select Backup Files and press ENTER. Enter the drive and
directory of your backup disk(s) and press ENTER. You will see
each file scroll up the screen as it is backed up. To restore
your data files, simply put your backup disk #1 in drive A, select
Restore Files from the File Manager Menu and enter the drive and
directory of your disk(s) then press ENTER. All archived data files
will be restored automatically.
Password Maintenance
────────────────────
Select PASSWORDS from the File Manager menu. If you do not
have level 1 status, a screen will pop-up telling you that
access to this procedure has been denied.
The first screen lists the users on the system. When you
first enter the program, USER1 and USER2 are already loaded
in the database. USER1 has level 1 clearance and USER2
is assigned level 2.
You can now set up your own "system users" by pressing the
INS key. Enter the user name, ID, password and level.
To delete a user, highlight the user and press DEL. To change
a users information, highlight the user and press ENTER.
Page 13

────────────────
Employee File
─────────────
To enter employee information, select the Employee File menu
selection and press ENTER.
The first window, EMPLOYEE MASTER LIST is your scrolling list
of employees. All other files and procedures use this data
so it is important that you enter at least one employee before
continuing on to other screens.
The first time you enter this window the EMPLOYEE FILE window
will pop-up over the Employee Master window. This is because
the employee database is empty. After the first employee is
entered and on subsequent accesses to this window, you will have
a scrolling list of employee's from which to choose.
To select an employee file, use the Up or Down arrow keys, or
the Search field to locate an employee file. To search, type in
the name. As you type, you will see the highlight bar move to the
employee name beginning with that letter. For example, if you
type the letter "M", the highlight bar will move to the first
employee name starting with "M". If you then type "e" the
highlight bar will then move to the first employee name starting
with "Me", and so on.
After you have selected the employee file, Press ENTER to open
the file. If you wish to create a new file press INS. If you
wish to delete an employee file, press DEL then press ENTER.
You can also delete employees by highlighting the employee
and pressing Ctrl M to "Mark" or "UnMark" a file. After you
have Marked your files, press Ctrl D and all Marked files will
be erased. Use Ctrl U to UnMark all Marked files. Note: you
must also "Mark" employees when printing the EMPLOYEE report.
Once you have entered the EMPLOYEE FILE window you can add or
change employee information. Enter the employee name by typing
the first, middle and last name. DON'T WORRY ABOUT STYLE, QRC!
WILL CAPITALIZE THE FIRST LETTER OF EACH NAME FOR YOU!
Fill in each appropriate field and press ENTER to move to the
next field. NOTE: the fields SEX and ETHNIC ID cannot be
changed once filled in. This is because all calculated EEO data
is based on these two criteria (and the fact that people usually
don't change these statuses). If you make a mistake, delete
the employee and start over.
There are three code tables available on this screen. By pressing
F5 on the fields marked with "", a selection table will pop-up
from which to choose. The EEO table has already been filled out
for you. Simply highlight your selection and press ENTER. The
Misc1 and Misc2 tables are for your own custom criteria. You
will need to fill these out before using them. See the "Codes"
menu on page 25 for more information.

NOTE: To print an employee file, "Mark" the file entry using
the Ctrl M keys and press F10.
The EMP# is a unique field. If the field is left blank, a table
will pop-up showing all current employee numbers. If you use an
existing number, an error message will be returned.
The Employee File screen updates the following data files:
- EMPWIN.DAT
- EEOFILE.DAT
- TIME1.DAT
Key Events
──────────
Select Key Events from the Time Keeper menu and press ENTER.
From this screen, you can quickly enter employee "notes" about
events. For example; you know John B. Good will be going to a
training seminar next Monday for three days. Select John from the
automatic Look up Table. From the form, enter the training code
(you must first fill in the Key Events codes) or press F5 for the
Key Events Look up Table. Next, enter the starting date for the
training, then the day he will complete the seminar. You can also
enter any comments that might pertain to this event.

change any of the fields.
Key Events can be viewed in three ways, the Key Events Table,
the EVENTS report and the EMPLOYEE status report.
The EVENTS report lists all coded events by employee event.
The EMPLOYEE status report now lists the last 10 entries at the
bottom of the report.
This procedure was added to this version from our Professional
version(Pv2.0).
The Key Events Update Form screen updates the following data file:

Daily Schedule
──────────────
Select Daily Schedule from the Time Keeper menu and press ENTER.
From this screen, all employee's can be scheduled by date.
There are two ways to set the work date. Simply type in the date
and press ENTER or press F5 and a calendar will pop-up on the right
side of the screen. Use the arrow and PgUp/PgDn keys to select
the date and press ENTER.
If there are no entries on file for this date, the Schedule
Work Hours form will pop-up. From here you can enter the employee,
starting and ending times, and the work code.
To schedule another employee for that date press INS. Press F5
from the Employee field, select the employee and press ENTER.
Next, enter the starting and ending time in 24 hour format.
Note: When on a time field you can press F1 for a conversion time

Set Down Time
─────────────
Select Set Down Time from the Time Keeper menu and press ENTER.
The Employee Eligibility Review Table lists all employee's and
their respective eligible vacation, illness, personal and other
hour benefits that are setup by you.
To enter an employee's benefit hours, highlight the employee and
press ENTER. From the Employee Attendance Summary Form you can
enter the hours by benefit for the current year.
First select from Y.T.D., Anniversary Date or Start Date for this
employee's calculations. All benefit hours will either be figured
on year to date (January 1st - December 31st), anniversary date
(the annual day and month of the employee's start date) or the
starting benefits date (annual day and month) that you entered in
the employee file on a new hire.
From any field, press F7 to fill in the carryover options. Answer
YES to each field if you want the remaining (unused benefit hours)
hours to be carried over and added to next year's hours. The last
field, "Close Now?" is only answered YES when you are going to
close out a benefit year's date and start a new year. You will be
given advanced notice of this when the program first starts up.
The rest of the fields are calculated for you. The Y.T.D. Accrued
row is calculated based on the benefit hours divided by the months
of the year. The Y.T.D. Taken row is the sum of all the coded
"scheduled" hours you have entered for that employee. The Y.T.D.
Remaining row is the difference of "Accrued" and "Taken" hours.

Closing Benefit Files
─────────────────────
Closing a benefit year recaps all hours taken against benefit
categories then clears the taken hours for that year.
When you start QRC!, you will see a small screen pop-up than says
"Adjusting Files". This internal procedure checks to see if any
employees are to be "closed out" within the next 15 days. If so,
the "Absence Benefit Close Reminder" table will pop-up. This table
lists all employees whose "benefit year" will end within the next
15 days. You can close them out individually or "Auto Close" them
all.
To close an individual out, highlight the employee and press ENTER.
From the Employee Attendance Summary Form, press F7 and answer Yes
to the "Close Now" option.
To use the Auto Close feature, press F7 and each employee on the list
will be closed out automatically.
When an employee is closed out all "accrued" hours are set to 0, and
any carryover hours (that you chose Yes to) are moved to next years
eligible totals.
Note: Hours Accrued are a total of ABS coded hours. Make sure
all "down time" hours have been scheduled, but only hours
to be taken in the current benefit year.

QRC! Files
─────────
QRC! database files consist of a program (.EXE) and help (.HLP)
files, data (.DAT) files, key (.K01) files and control (.BIN) files.
Data files are made up of data records, a line of data in either
string or numeric fields, and "keyed" files. Keyed files hold
information on the data file so the records can be accessed in a
particular manner.
As you add data, these data files will consume disk space. You
should always have at least 1MB of disk space to run ANY program.
This version of QRC! tracks data on a year-to-date bases and should
only be purged at year end. For this reason, your data files may
be quite large by year end.
When you delete a record, the records "space" in the file is
"marked" as deleted, it is not actually deleted. When you add a
record, it is added to the end of the file unless there is a
deleted "space". The record will then be placed in the space of
the deleted record.
Page 26
Configuring Virtual Memory
──────────────────────────
If you have extended or expanded memory, you can gain considerable
performance utilizing virtual memory with QRC!
QRC! uses virtual memory to store buffers and video images
"behind" windows. Virtual memory is composed of conventional
memory (below 640 kilobytes), extended memory (above 1 megabyte),
expanded memory (EMS), and hard disk. Hard disk is recommended only
as a last resort.
If no virtual memory is used, only conventional memory is
allocated. When conventional memory overflows, the program
halts with an "Insufficient Memory" error.
Extended and expanded memory must be assigned to a RAM drive
to be used as virtual memory. A RAM drive is a fast pseudo
disk drive that resides in expanded or extended memory. RAM
drives can be set up with the VDISK or RAMDRIVE utilities
supplied with your DOS operating system. For more information
on these utilities, consult your DOS manual.
To setup QRC for virtual memory, you will need to use the SET
command in your AUTOEXEC.BAT file. For more information on
the SET command, consult your DOS manual.
SET command parameters,
SET CLAVMx=path,size,ram-indicator
CLAVM - alerts QRC! to virtual memory
x - is 0 to 3
0 = RAM drive to be used first
1 = RAM drive to be used second
2 = RAM drive to be used third
3 = RAM drive to be used fourth
path - is the drive and directory path of
the RAM drive or disk.
size - is the maximum number of kilobytes
to allocate.
ram-indicator - is M for RAM drive
Page 27
Configuring Virtual Memory
──────────────────────────
CLAVM0 specifies the conventional memory, RAM drive, or hard
disk that is to be allocated first. When the virtual memory
specified by CLAVM0 overflows, the virtual memory specified
by CLAVM1 is allocated.
Some conventional memory will need to be withheld from
virtual memory for the Binary control files. This is done
using the MEMORY parameter.
SET CLAVMx=MEMORY,size
x - is 0 to 3
MEMORY - is the kilobytes that are NOT to be
used as virtual memory.
size - is the number of kilobytes to be withheld
The following SET command configures virtual memory for a 2
megabyte 286 AT-class machine with a RAM drive in extended
memory. The first 512 kilobytes of virtual memory will reside
on the RAM drive. Then virtual memory is allocated from
conventional memory (withholding 64K for control blocks).
Finally, virtual memory overflows onto the hard disk if
needed.
C: is the hard disk and D: is the RAM drive.
SET CLAVM0=D:\,512,M
SET CLAVM1=MEMORY,64
SET CLAVM2=C:\VIRTUAL,512
IMPORTANT: Do not include spaces between CLAVMx and the equal
sign.

Setting Up Your Database
────────────────────────
Database Fundamentals
─────────────────────
QRC! stores information in data files. Individual pieces of
information are stored in fields. These fields of information
form the database from which QRC! manages and organizes the
data into everyday usable reporting information. Multiple fields
defined together (on the same line) make up a record of related
information. As you add information, a new record (new line)
is added to the data file.
A data file is an organized collection of data (spreadsheet style)
made up of fields and lines (multiple records) of entries. These
data files are accessed in various sequences to organize and group
the information. To do so, a "Key" file (ie;.K01) looks for data
"by" a subject or criteria such as "by employee number" or "by date"
or "by name".
When you delete a record such as an employee, the record is "marked"
for deletion. The record remains in the file until a new record is
added. The new record then replaces the deleted record in the same
space. In this way, data files are kept smaller. By using QFU on
a regular bases, you can delete and pack files, sort and organize
data. This will "optimize" your files for better performance.
Data Entry - Employee Information
─────────────────────────────────
Numerous precautions have been built into QRC! to help ensure
accurate data entry. Unfortunately, mistakes can happen. To
help control inaccurate data entry problems, new users should
take their time and go slow. Complete help is on line by pressing
the F1 key. Further, the User Guide can now be viewed from the
Reports Selection (F10) option. When an error is detected, it can
be corrected in one of two ways, by changing the information in the
field, or deleting that record and entering a new record with the
correct information.
To initially load data into QRC!, start by entering all employee
information using the (Master List) Employee File. If you are
evaluating the program, add five to ten employees first. All other
procedures need the employee data to store information.
If you are intending to use the Absence Benefits feature, fill
in this information next on each employee you have entered. You
have now completed the base information needed to track an employee.
Page 29
Data Entry - Employee information
─────────────────────────────────
You can now enter Key Events or schedule employee hours. As soon
as you have used and entered data in each employee option, you can
utilize the reporting features of QRC!
Before leaving QRC!, make sure to backup your data. If you wish
to use a different backup program, you may do so, but ALWAYS BACKUP
YOUR DATA FILES!
If you follow these simple steps, you should have an efficient,
accurate and useful business tool for years to come.
Command Line Options
────────────────────
The QRC! program will support six command line options. You use
these options when starting QRC! from you drive prompt.
/B=NO The /B or "BEEP" option set to "NO" will disable beeps
throughout the program. This includes error beeps.
/C The /C option disables the use of Control-Break. The
program will terminate if Ctrl Break keys are used.
/F The /F option disables the wait state for video retrace.
This will speed up screen rewrites and improve performance.
Using the /F switch may cause "snow" with some monitors
To eliminate "snow" on some CGA's, use the SET command in
your autoexec.bat to SET CLAVID = Y.
/V The /V option allows you to vary the amount of time before
an inactive display is turned off. The default value is
10 minutes. Pressing the space bar turns the display on.
For example: QRC /V=5 for 5 minutes, QRC /V=0 to disable.
/L The /L option will disable keyboard locks. Some computers
are incompatible with this feature.
/S The /S option can only be used when calling QFU from the
command line. This option will enable a "Full Screen"
menu for stand alone use.
Example; QRC /B=NO /F /V=2
In this example, QRC! will load without beeps, no video retrace
and with video blanking set to 2 minutes.

Overview
────────
Discovery Graphix, based in Northern California, was formed in 1989
by Michael and Katrina Messier. Our mission was simple: create
business software that business people could afford! This meant
software that was not only inexpensive to purchase, but cost
effective to use as well. We believe software should save you time
and money - not create more work!
We have over 25 years experience in sales, marketing and personnel
management. Our strategy advisors are business people, just like
you. They are from Health Services Management, Construction,
Sales, Marketing, Office, Production, Distribution, Retail and
Service business fields. Our technical advisors have over 20 years
of experience in programing.
We could produce powerful, expensive software, but why? I spent
13 years working for one of the worlds largest companies learning,
then training (and spending hundreds of hours!) employees to use
spreadsheets, database and numerous other "user friendly"
programs AND never using half the features! In the end, I found
myself and my employees no longer focused on what we where paid
to do!
We believe our software products will put you on the QuickTrax
to efficiency.
Our next products are currently in test and will be released in
the first and second quarters of 1991.

──────────────────────
The most common problems are memory related. If you try to boot
QRC! and get the message "Abnormal Termination Error" or
"INSUFFICIENT MEMORY" your computer does not have enough available
memory. You need a minimum of 540K of free memory to start QRC!
You will need additional memory as you use various procedures and
options. It is recommended that you have at least 580K (minimum) of
free memory. You can check your current available system memory by
using your DOS "Chkdsk" utility. If you have this problem, you will
need to modify your config.sys and/or autoexec.bat file(s) to free
memory.
If you receive the message "TOO MANY OPEN FILES", you must increase
the "files=" line in your config.sys. Increment the number by 5
until the program operates properly.
If you receive the message "INVALID DATA FILE", you have probably
obtained a corrupted or damaged file. If this is the case, please
call us and we will send you a valid file copy.

Error Messages

QRC! supports error checking throughout by use of an internal error
checking utility. If a critical error should occur, you will see a
red screen appear telling you of the error. If you cannot readily
solve the problem, call us at (415) 634-2347.
