  1. SolveIt! 4.0 is distributed with the following 7 files:
  2. SLVIT.EXE  SLVTXT.EXE  SLVRPT.EXE README.NOW  README.BAT  ORDER.FRM  ORDER.BAT

  4. To use SOLVEIT!, we suggest that you make a directory on your hard drive
  5. called SOLVEIT.  To do so, do the following:
  6. C:>CD \        <enter>   You may use any hard drive, not just C:>
  7. C:>MD SOLVEIT  <enter>
  8. C:>CD \SOLVEIT <enter>
  9. C:>COPY A:*.*  <enter>   Substitute B: for A: if SolveIt! disk is in B:
  10.  
  11. Then run "SLVIT" the first time to DECOMPRESS the program. Run "SLVIT4" to
  12. set for your computer system. Finally, run "SLVIT4" to start the program.

  14. Enter SLVTXT & then SLVRPT to decompress the .RPT, .DOC & .TXT files.

  16. You should now have the following files in addition to the above:
  17. SLVIT4.EXE main program file                SLVIT4.HLP help screens
  18. SLVIT4.OVR overlay file to save memory      *.RPT  sample SolveIt! reports
  19. SLVIT4.TXT general description of each routine, please read
  20. SLVIT4.DOC abbreviated documentation file

  22. Use the following command to print any .TXT, .RPT or .DOC file:
  23.         example:  c:>copy filename.ext prn
