  1. The PFROI Portfolio manager is contained in self-decompressing 
  2. files PFROISW.EXE, PFROIAUX.COM, and PFROIDOC.EXE.  You need a 
  3. hard disk, two 720K floppies or three 360K floppies.

  5. If installing on a hard disk create a new directory ("PFDIR" 
  6. suggested) and then use the DOS "CD" command to enter this
  7. directory:

  9.  C:\>MD PFDIR<Enter>
  10.  C:\>CD PFDIR<Enter>
  11.  
  12. Place the distribution disk in the "A" (or "B") drive and at the
  13. DOS prompt execute the following commands:
  14.  
  15.  C:\PFDIR>A:PFROISW<Enter>
  16.  C:\PFDIR>A:PFROIAUX<Enter>
  17.  C:\PFDIR>A:PFROIDOC<Enter>
  18.  
  19. The PFROI files will decompress into the PFDIR directory. Execute 
  20. PFROI.EXE to start PFROI.  Execute RNR.EXE to obtain a menu which 
  21. will allow you to read the manual.  Execute RUNDEMO.BAT for a 
  22. self-running demo of PFROI.

  24. If your PC has only floppies, at the "B:" prompt execute
  25. B:\>PFROISW.EXE<Enter>. Insert fresh target disk, repeat
  26. process for PFROIAUX and again for PFROIDOC.

  28. The above procedure requires DOS 3.0 or higher. If you are using
  29. DOS 2.0 or 2.1, first copy the compressed files to the target 
  30. directory before decompressing.
