  21. do. The only exemptions form sales tax are Government agencies

  23. and Non-Profit arganizations such as churches etc. These agencies

  25. and organizations have tax exemption certificates that are given

  27. to our company.

  29. I think the misunderstanding on your part was that we did not

  31. apply the $1OO.OO deposit that you had given October 5, 1992
  32.  
  33. and you deducted the $1OO.OO when you paid the bill in
  34.  
  35. November 1992.

  37. I prepared a schedule of your account and also made a copy of

  39. the Termite Treatment that you signed.
