Transcription: As you inhale, cross your eyes and look at the tip of your nose. As you exhale, look at a far object and slowly blow all the air out of your lungs. Continue to cross and uncross your eyes in time with your breathing. If you find this exercise difficult, go back to tromboning and work to keep the object as a single image as you bring it closer to your face. I Good job.
