Transcription: Put a plant or other interesting object at a distance where some of it is clear, but most of it is blurred. Slowly run your calm and steady gaze around the major outlines. Don't hurry. Just imagine you're watching an ant moving along the outer edge. Now look at the smallest detail you can see and try to make out its exact shape. Then try to see smaller and smaller details inside the one you're looking at. Blink from time to time so your eyes don't get dry. I Very good.
