Transcription: Put a magazine at a distance where it's really blurred. Now look at any word and slowly run your gaze around it. Make sure you're seeing a single blurred image and not separate words. Run your gaze around any letter, trying to follow its outline. Don't try to force yourself to see clearly. Just relax and calmly observe the blurred images.
