  1. If you have problems running LINKS try running SETBLAST.EXE located in this
  2. directory.  It will allow you to change the interrupt that links looks for 
  3. your soundblaster or compatible soundcard on.  It is set to 7 to avoid comm
  4. port conflicts at this time.
