OPTIKS is a graphical utility system for altering most PC graphics file types. OPTIKS is useful for converting files from one type to another, sizing files, and changing files in a variety of ways. With its menu-tree interface and comprehensive help system, OPTIKS is easy to learn and use. Included with OPTIKS are the utility programs OKSCR000 and OKSHOW10. The OKSCR000 program provides screen capture of video graphics images for use with the main OPTIKS program. OKSHOW10 allows creation of simple slide shows of graphical image files.
