  4. The Utilities folder is - this month - a little on the light side, with a
  5. focus on utilities that should allow you to decompress just about any file
  6. that gets sent to your RISC OS computer. From ArcFS and SparkPlug, from Mark
  7. Smith and David Pilling respectively, you'll be able to decompress most
  8. compressed files on your RISC OS computer.

  10. We've also added the excellent Attacher which will prove a godsend to
  11. anybody who receives BASE64 attachments [usually text at the foot of an
  12. email message].
