  7. CHARM is a relational database management system that offers all the efficiency
  8. and power of other RDBMS packages plus the flexibility of generating complete
  9. applications in standardized C source code. CHARM features an integrated
  10. workbench environment, including: a fully-relational RDBMS;
  11. interactive menu, screen report, and batch program generator; built-in
  12. C-like 4GL for optional custom routines; application design, C code
  13. generation, compilation, testing, and execution all within the four corners of
  14. the CHARM screen.  CHARM provides the ability to generate an unlimited
  15. number of executable applications to target systems of the same machine type.
  16. CHARM/FLEX transfer libraries provide the ability to recompile an unlimited
  17. number of CHARM-generated applications to a different machine type.  CHARM
  18. comes with 90 days of free hotline support, and is available on both SCO XENIX
  19. 286 and 386.
