  7. The 5163-MBP-SCO device driver allows the integration of Modicon's SA85 Modbus
  8. Plus interface card with SCO UNIX applications.  It allows several SCO UNIX
  9. user processes to communicate efficiently with devices on Modbus Plus
  10. networks.  Included with the driver is a sample program which demonstrates and
  11. tests various supported functions of Modbus Plus, the SA85 card, and the
  12. device driver.  Applications include communication gateway and bridge, cell
  13. controllers, diagnostic software, and operator workstations.
