  7. dsaSIGN is a software utility that provides sender and message authentication
  8. capabilities through the use of digital signature technology. The program
  9. offers the Digital Signature and Secure Hash Algorithms (DSA/SHA). These
  10. algorithms have been proposed by the National Institute of Standards and
  11. Technology (NIST) as mandatory government standards for sender and message
  12. authentication. The program allows a user to generate and/or validate
  13. signatures for any type of file. Estimated time for signature generation on a
  14. 25 MHz 80386 PC is 415 milliseconds. Signature validation is performed in 811
  15. milliseconds.
