Network License Manager

LicenseServ is a network licensing package which provides flexible tools to
provide software licensing of applications.  It supports a wide range of
licensing features including floating licenses, per user licenses, time
limited licenses, concurrent licenses, node locked licenses, usage based
licenses, shared licenses, site licenses, etc.  Integration is simple and
licensed versions can be distributed with no royalties or fees.  Vendors can
send out time bombed demos for an application and later upgrade the demo copy
to a full fledged application by just sending the encrypted key over fax or
phone.  Support is provided for Novell Netware as well as most Unix platforms.
Software licensing is made transparent to the end user through built in
features as well as systems administration utilities.
