general ledger; accounts receivable, billing, and revenue history by company;
complete guest history with integrated marketing analysis; and unlimited site
license for multiple properties at any extremely competitive price.
Management Company Back Office features:  financial statements by property by
department; actual vs.  budget, current year vs.  last year, current month,
and year to date; detailed labor analysis reporting by department; standard
industry chart of accounts by Laventhol and Horwath; daily update via phone
line transmission from all locations; multiple property comparison/management
fee calculation; and accounts payable control including check writing and
reconciliation.  Front and back office systems are available separately or as
integrated modules.
