  5. The Kincade Enhanced General Ledger Package expands features of the basic
  6. Kincade General Ledger Package with additions. Consolidated Structures
  7. reporting abilities means that for reporting purposes, several separate
  8. structures can be merged to give an overall financial view. This allows for
  9. departments and divisions to maintain their own accounts while management can
  10. still get a ``consolidated'' view. In addition a default chart of accounts can
  11. be set up to reduce the amount of time required to enter information for
  12. multiple structures. Enhanced accounting procedures include an ability to
  13. record recurring entries, to make cash disbursements and receipt entries, to
  14. make cash disbursements and receipt entries to more than one structure, and
  15. produce additional enhanced financial statements, as well as, enhanced
  16. accounting reports.
