  18. a minimum. Backups are performed at night as long as tapes are changed each
  19. day. Custom invoices are printed by laser to meet the needs of the customer

  22. total sales by category, gross profit by category, percentages, and a
  23. projection of expenses based on average of last three months to provide a
  24. projected net profit daily. This is calculated nightly along with hotlists for
  25. accounts payable and receivable.
