  1. This is a schematic hint to delvers and hackers:

  3. Gendial UUCP dialers can be used by ECU alongside a non-SCO
  4. UUCP package by using extra Devices entries.  uucico continues
  5. to use Dialers facilities familiar to it.  ECU can use the
  6. more flexible/robust C programs.

  10. ACU ttya - 19200 t3000

  12. ECUt3000 ttya - 110-34000 /usr/local/lib/ecu/dialgT3000

  14. Then, use '=ECUt3000' instead of 'ttya' for the device
  15.
