  4. WinView v1.10 is a utility which was written to help the Visual Basic
  5. programmer snoop around a windowÆs attibutes.  This utility has proved
  6. very useful to me and since the original author permitted the free use,
  7. modification, and distribution of this utility, I thought IÆd share it
  8. with others.

  11. This utility first appeared in Daniel Appleman's "Visual Basic Guide to
  12. the Windows API."  I've added/improved it's interface to make its commands
