  5. If you are upgrading from an earlier version of Winpic3x, you must replace
  6. the previous version of BMCONV.EXE with this latest version, which is 
  7. supplied with the program. This program has been designed to update any
  8. existing .ini file. However, to avoid any possible problems it is best to
  9. delete (or backup) any existing files and start afresh.

  13. Place Winpic3x.exe, Bmconv.exe, and Winpic.hlp in the same directory. I highly
  14. recommend using a new directory, for instance C:\WINPIC, this will make it
  15. easier to keep track of any undeleted temporary files. See online help for
  16. more details.

  26. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

  28. Wipic3x has been devloped as a 16 bit Windows application and will run under
  29. Windows 3.1 upwards. However, users wishing to view or manipulate Epoc32
  30. images, such as mbm and mbr files, will need to run Winpic3x under a 32 
  31. bit operating system, such as Windows 95. This is because
  32. BMCONV.EXE, which is needed to view and manipulate Epoc32 images, is a 
  33. 32 bit program and will not run under Windows 3.1.
