  7. API Helper 3.0 has been updated to fix a few minor errors in its API
  8. references, and now includes FULL references to the hard-to-come-by
  9. Windows 3.1 multimedia library, MMSYSTEM.DLL! Slight changes have
  10. been made to the executable as well, such that using the updated
  11. data files with a previous version's executable is not advised.

  13. VBRUN200.DLL is required but not included. All other libraries are
  14. included, however.

  16. You may use API Helper 3.0 without charge, yet it is NOT released
  17. into the Public Domain. The author is not responsible for errors
  18. in the API references, or anything else, for that matter. If you
  19. use it, you take full responsibility for everything.

  21. That being said, let me add that I've worked hard to erradicate
  22. errors in my sources (mostly the infamous WIN31API.TXT) and feel
  23. 99.9999% confident of API Helper's accuracy. If you DO find an error,
