  22. You can register this program by sending $5 ($10 outside North America) and
  23. your address.  You can register IniCon and its C source code by sending $25
  24. ($30 outside North America).  With your order, you will receive a copy of our
  25. manual documenting all of our controls.

  27. For your convenience, an order form is included in this package.  Just print
  28. REGISTER.FRM.

  33. You may take a $2 discount ($5 for the source version) for e-mail delivery of
  34. this package (CompuServe or Internet).  If you choose this option, please
  35. note: a printed manual is not included.  Be sure to include your full mailing

  65. LICENSING / DISTRIBUTION

  67. You may distribute this VBX with your applications royalty-free.  You may not
  68. distribute the registered control without your application (except as an
  69. update for an already installed program).  Each developer should register a
  70. copy of IniCon for use on their machine.

  80. you can download the history of changes from our BBS or our CompuServe
  81. section (GO MABRY).  The history file is named MSHIST.ZIP.

  84. you should visit our CompuServe section from time-to-time anyway.  All of the
