  1. CHOYCE.exe requires the Microsoft file VBRUN100.DLL which is the Visual
  2. BASIC dynamic link library required by all Microsoft Visual Basic
  3. executables.  You can download it from the Microsoft Forum located on the
  4. CompuServe BBS.

  6. This file is used to track updates and misc information.
