  3. To Install, unzip with PKZip 2.04g and copy the files MBar.VBX, 
  4. Projmgr.hlp, and vbprojs.mdb to the Windows\System directory.
  5.  
  6. Copy the file projmgrs.exe to any directory and add it to a program
  7. group in Windows. 
  8.  
  9. To run, double click it as normal.  Read the Help file under Operation
  10. to find out what the program does and how to use it.
