  2. The only required files for running VB Icon Extractor are the Visual
  3. Basic run-time file (VBRUN100.DLL) and the VB Icon Extractor program
  4. file itself (VBXICON.EXE).  The VBRUN100.DLL file should be copied
  5. to your Windows directory.  The VBXICON.EXE file can be copied to
  6. any directory.  After copying the files, follow your documentation
  7. for installing new programs on your Windows desktop.  If you are
  8. using the standard Windows Program Manager, you can install new
  9. programs by selecting "File", then "New...".
