  6. Release History and New Features:
  7.  
  8. 1.0 - First release of the TLX_HST modem setup script for Telix
  9.  
  10. 1.1 - Interim release to allow TLX_HST to run with the new HST 1440
  11.       modems.  All of the new features of the 1440 are not supported
  12.       at this time but are planned for future releases. This release
  13.       has not been tested with a 1440 as I don't (yet) have one.
  14.     - Various obscure bugs fixed
  15.     - Cosmetic fixes were made to insure consistency.
  16.     - Changes were made by USR within ROM level 964.  Early 964
  17.       upgrades did not document certain 964 features, and these were
  18.       not implemented in release 1.8.  All known 964 features
  19.       (specifically, s-register 15 settings) are in release 1.1
  20.     - The word "abort" was changed throughout the script to the word
  21.       "cancel" or "terminate".
  22.     - Addition to S15 settings mentioned earlier in the fix section.
  23.     - Addition of S13 register settings as option 21 of main menu.

  25. Planned Enhancements for Release 2.0:
  26.  
  27.     - New popup colour menus with arrow-key and mouse support for
  28.       selection of options.
  29.     - A more logical grouping of functions into separate popup menus
  30.     - Verification of PCBoard settings to be consistent with Clark
  31.       Development's PCBModem routine's settings.
  32.     - Faster display of all prompts and messages
  33.     - Full Dual-Standard and 1440 feature support
  34.     - Improved documentation and DS/1440 inclusion
  35.     - Automatic setting of Telix Modem configuration strings for
  36.       optimal transmissions
  37.     - Whatever anyone else suggests that I have time for!
