  7. The CLEANIT.DOC file is formatted to be printed out in 10-point type on 
  8. standard-size (11" X 8") paper by an (otherwise teletype-like) printer which 
  9. is capable of underlining by doing a <CR> without a <LF> and overtyping the 
  10. previous line - almost all modern printers can do this. If you want to view it 
  11. in an editor and/or TYPE it to the console, you will need to use the MAKETXT 
  12. program (distributed with HDTEST and DIREDIT) to remove the underlining. To do 
  13. this, simply give the command "MAKETXT CLEANIT" (without the quotes, of 
  14. course). MAKETXT will read the .DOC file (which it expects to find in the 
  15. current directory) and write a second file called CLEANIT.TXT, which can be 
  16. edited or TYPEd without difficulty.
