  3. FUNCTION: Displays and allows changes to the attributes of a file.

  5. FORMAT:   CHMODE [d:][path][filename[.ext]]

  7. TYPE:     Public domain software

  9. REMARKS:  CHMODE works interactively to first display the present attributes
  10.           of the specified files and then to allow them to be changed one at
  11.           a time. If a path with no file names is entered, the current
  12.           attributes of that sub-directory are displayed, but no changes are
  13.           allowed. Wildcard characters may be used in the file specification.
  14.           The attributes that can be changed are read only, system or hidden,
  15.           and archive. Omission of any arguements displays a help message.
