  2. License Agreement For ZZAP

  4. In the past I have not requested money to use ZZAP unless it was
  5. used in a commercial environment.  However, due to its increased
  6. popularity with the resultant increase in phone calls with
  7. questions I am forced to change my licensing policy.  This new
  8. policy supersedes all previous agreements for the licensing of
  9. ZZAP.

  11. You may use ZZAP on a trial basis for up to 30 days freely.  You
  12. may give it away to anyone you wish so long as you do not charge
  13. for it or use it as an incentive to buy.  If, after the 30 day
  14. trial period, you wish to continue to use ZZAP a registration fee
  15. of $10 is required.  If you send an additional $5 I will send you
  16. the latest version.  Please let me know what version you
  17. currently have so that I can be sure to send you an update (when
  18. available).

  20. Payment should be by check or money in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S.
  21. bank.  I can not be responsible for cash that is sent through the
  22. mail.
