  5.   Use - Definition: Application or employment to some purpose.  
  6.   Since this is source code, users can easily modify the code for 
  7.   their custom use.  If these files have aided or guided you in any 
  8.   way, please consider yourself a user.

  10.   Private Use - A contribution is requested for private, non-
  11.   profit, or Shareware use as follows:

  19.   Distribution - The distribution of the software is encouraged and 
  20.   can only be distributed without profit.  Permission is required 
  21.   otherwise.

  23.   Commercial Users - In order to use the software in a commercial 
  24.   environment, users must apply for one of two agreements:

  26.      1. Commercial Sales License Agreement  (COMMSALE.LIC)
  27.      2. Commercial Users License Agreement  (COMMUSER.LIC)

  29.   Commercial Sales License Agreement - For this agreement, a 
  30.   corporation, company, institution, organization, or individual 
  31.   can use the software to DIRECTLY make a profit from the sale of 
  32.   programs produced from this software.  See COMMSALE.LIC for 
  33.   pricing.  No royalties are required.  Discounts will be credited 
  34.   if previous Users licenses were obtained.

  36.   Commercial Users License Agreement - For this agreement, a 
  37.   corporation, company, institution, organization, or individual 
  38.   can use the software to INDIRECTLY make a profit from in-house 
  39.   use of programs produced from this software.  No direct sales are 
  40.   allowed in this agreement.  See COMMUSER.LIC for pricing.

  42.   Changes - The author reserves the right to change pricing and 
  43.   licensing on future purchases.

  45.   Mailing in License - The Commercial Sales License Agreement or 
  46.   Commercial Users License Agreement should be signed and mailed to 
  47.   the author.

  49.   Accounting - If you are in a profit making organization, you can 
  50.   usually get the funds from petty cash accounts rather then going 
  51.   through major approvals.

  53.   Exceptions - For any other use, please contact the author.
