- It is our opinion that no matter how well software is written, if
- it is not supported, it is no good. At Motor City Software we think
- we offer some of the best support available anywhere!

- If you have ANY problems with this software package, or any of our
- other packages, please contact us. I doubt you will find anyone who
- will tell you that we didn't go out of our way to help them when
- they needed it.

- Rod Hancock is available on a full time basis to answer any questions
- or help in any way possible. There is also a voice phone support line
- available 9am to 5pm EST, Mon-Fri. The number is listed below.

- You can also contact any of the support sites listed, and your messages
- will be forwarded to Rod.

- While registered users will have priority, we DO support unregistered
- users as well. Afterall, we cannot expect you to register something
- which you cannot get working on your system! So before you give up and
- delete the file, please contact us!

- Turnaround time on support issues is usually very quick, although
- sometimes it takes a little longer to solve some problems.

- Please take the time to register, as this is what funds our support
- expenses, and sometimes they can be quite high. The more you support
- us, the better we can support you.
