  10.        This software is licensed (not sold).  It is  not  public  domain.
  11.        It is distributed under the shareware concept.  You are  granted a
  12.        limited  license  to  use  this  software for a  short  evaluation
  13.        period.    If  you wish to continue to use this software after the
  14.        evaluation  period, you must register by  sending  $15.00  to  the
  15.        address below.  Kansas residents please add 5% sales tax.

  34.        Wichita.   You may, however, distribute the unaltered code without
  35.        profit to others provided they are provided with and agree  to the
  36.        terms of this Agreement.  The license applies to the original copy
  37.        of this software  as  well  as  updated versions which may be made
  38.        available  from  time  to  time  on  Compuserve's  Borland  Forum.

  40.        obligated to provide updated versions or  notices  of corrections.
