  3.                            USER-EVALUATION SOFTWARE

  7.      The AdvCRT UNIT is distributed and marketed through the user-
  8.      evaluation concept.  That is, you test the software--if you want
  9.      it, you buy it, if you don't want it, you pass it on and discontinue
  10.      use.  The files which make up the distribution package may be copied
  11.      and distributed freely without modification as long as no fee is
  12.      charged for the distribution.

  14.      You are granted a limited license for the use of this software package
  15.      for a two-month evaluation period.  Within this trial period, you may
  16.      use the routines enclosed in this UNIT(s) in your Pascal programs which,
  17.      however, may NOT be distributed.  Upon registration, however, there
  18.      are no royalties and any programs which call upon the now purchased
  19.      UNIT(s) may be distributed and/or dealt with in whatever fashion you
  20.      see fit.  The short description which appears when you run the
  21.      software along with the tedious delay are removed with the registered
  22.      version.  AdvCRT's overhead with the registered version becomes 3K
  23.      instead of 6K.

  25.      Once you have evaluated the package and find it to your liking, please
  26.      register it with us, as outlined in the file REGISTER.TXT.  An AdvCRT
  27.      registration licenses you to use the product on a regular basis, with
  28.      no royalties.

  30.                            HOW TO REGISTER YOUR COPY

  34.      (1)  Print the License Agreement file (LICENSE.TXT), and complete the
  35.           questionnaire.
  36.  
  37.      (2)  Print the Registration file (REGISTER.TXT), and complete any
  38.           necessary blanks.

  40.      (3)  Mail the hard copy License Agreement (IN FULL), Registration
  41.           File, Registration Fee (check or money-order made out to Gary
  42.           A. Kohan, Jr.) to:

  50.      * PLEASE understand it is UNLAWFUL and immoral to use the enclosed
  51.        routines for more than two months without registering your copy.
  52.        If you choose to destroy your copy of AdvCRT and not to register
  53.        with the author(s), any programs you write within the two month
  54.        evaluation which call upon these routines must be:

  56.              (1) Altered in such a way that they are no longer
  57.                  dependent upon any enclosed routines.
