NoteWorthy Composer 1.1, Note Processor for Windows
NoteWorthy Composer is a unique music composition and notation processor
for Windows. It provides for the creation, play back, and printing of
your own musical scores. It imports and automatically notates songs
contained in standard MIDI files, thus enabling the play back and
printing of existing song performances that you may have on your machine.
It will also export your compositions to other MIDI applications, thus
making your compositions available to a wide variety of music software
on the market today.
** Registration:
Upgrading to the registered version is priced at $39
** Requirements:
This program requires Windows 3.1 or Windows for Workgroups, as well
as a mouse. A sound card or MIDI port is recommended. A raster-capable
printer device is also recommended.
** Keywords:
Notation MIDI Music Compose Score NoteWorthy Composer Windows
Shareware Soundcard Soundblaster Multimedia
** Upgrade Instructions For Owners of Previous Versions:
We recommend that you retain your existing application files until
after you have successfully installed and used this new version.
By default, the setup procedure will install this new version in
a directory different from the default directories used in previous
versions of NoteWorthy Composer. Once you are satisfied with the
performance of this new version, you should go ahead and remove
the previous version, as described in its original help file.
** Installation Instructions:
If you have received the NoteWorthy files in an archive such as a
ZIP file, extract the files into either a temp directory on your
hard drive, or onto a dedicated diskette.
Run the SETUP application that is contained in this directory
or diskette that you created. For example, if you extracted the
application files into a disk in drive A:, then from the Program
Manager you would select the Run command from the File menu, type
A:\SETUP and press enter.
Once SETUP starts executing, just follow the prompts. After the
install is complete, an on-line context sensitive help file can
guide you the rest of the way.
